This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL224) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human AGAP9. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. AGAP9 (ArfGAP with GTPase domain, ankyrin repeat and PH domain 9) is a protein-coding gene located on human chromosome 10, also known as CENTG6. It acts as a GTPase-activating protein (GAP) involved in membrane trafficking and cell migration. The gene is associated with GTP binding and is a member of the centaurin-gamma-like family. CABT-BL224 is suitable for use in ELISA, Western blot (WB), IHC applications. CABT-BL224 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% Sodium Azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
