This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL222) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human AGAP4. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ANK repeat and PH domain-containing protein 4 (AGAP4) is a protein-coding gene that encodes a member of the ASAP-type ADP-ribosylation factor (Arf) GTPase-activating protein (GAP) family, characterized by ankyrin repeats (ANK), a Pleckstrin homology (PH) domain, and a GTP-binding domain. These proteins act as molecular scaffolds involved in intracellular trafficking, cytoskeleton regulation, and signal transduction.
CABT-BL222 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1:40–1:200) applications.
CABT-BL222 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
